Founder & CEO
Zachary spent over a decade in real estate private equity, deploying capital across acquisitions at Blackstone, Ares Management, and Angelo Gordon. Across those roles he underwrote 150+ transactions totaling $11B+ in deal volume.
He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) from Columbia University. After years of watching analysts spend the majority of their time re-keying PDFs into Excel, he founded RealQuant to eliminate that bottleneck entirely.
