How do I install the RealQuant Excel add-in?+
You can install RealQuant directly from the Microsoft AppSource store within Excel. Go to Insert > Get Add-ins, search for 'RealQuant', and click Add. You'll need an active RealQuant subscription to use the add-in.
What versions of Excel are supported?+
RealQuant works with Microsoft Excel for Desktop (Windows and Mac) and Excel for the web. Requires Microsoft 365.
How do I reset my password?+
Visit app.realquant.ai and click 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page. You'll receive a password reset link at your registered email address.
Is my data secure?+
Every account gets its own private cloud container. Nothing is shared across accounts or used to train models. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
How do I cancel my subscription?+
